Annual Reports for 2011

At the end of each year, pastors are required to complete forms which tell about the church’s ministry during the past year and their own ministry.

The PDF forms must be filled out by hand. You then mail or FAX them to the Bishop’s office.
The Word documents are fillable forms which you can fill out on your computer and then email to the Bishop’s office.
