Huntington University schedules various days for prospective students. There are general “Exploration Days” to acquaint people with the university and what it offers. There are days geared to persons interested in specific majors–teaching, nursing, agriculture, the arts, etc. And there is a day designed especially for United Brethren students.

The Idea to Action Series enables United Brethren pastors, ministry staff, and laypersons to learn about and discuss practical ministry. The purpose is to:

• Check out our dedicated classroom spaces and educational tools
• Learn about our experience-based curriculum and 100% placement rate
• Stay overnight on Friday in one of our residence halls for a true Huntington University experience

Nursing is a hands-on profession, so your visits to a nursing program should also be interactive. During our Be a Nurse Day, you will have opportunities to see firsthand what it is like to be a Huntington University nursing student.

Have a passion for agriculture? Join us for a visit day to explore the possibilities of an agricultural studies degree from Huntington University. See for yourself what it is like to study, work, and conduct research in our state-of-the-art learning spaces, including the Ware Plant Science Production Facility.
You’ll also sit in on an agriculture class, meet with faculty and students, and learn everything you need to know about campus and the admissions process.

Do you have a passion for helping other people? Join us on a visit day that will show you how you can turn that passion into a career in health sciences. Huntington University’s variety of degree programs in kinesiology, nursing, occupational therapy assistant, and pre-medical specializations in biology or chemistry will prepare you for immediate employment or further study.
