Steve Fish

Associate Director of UB Global

Steve Fish joined the UB Global staff as an associate director in February 2021. He is an ordained United Brethren minister and has served in UB ministry since 1989.

Steve grew up in the UB church, and graduated form Huntington University in 1989 with a Bible & Religion Degree. He served 12 years at Morning Star UB church (Kokomo, Ind.), where he worked in various roles–singles minister, adult education, missions, and preaching.

He then went to Asbury Seminary, where he earned a Master of Divinity in 2005. He was ordained later that year and assigned to the UB church in Oak Harbor, Ohio. Prior to coming to UB Global, Steve spent five years as Teaching Pastor and Director of Missions at Emmanuel Community UB church in Fort Wayne, Ind.

Steve and Kim Fish met at Huntington University and were married in 1989. Kim is the daughter of Dr. Kent and Carol Maxwell, who served many decades in UB ministry.

Steve and Kim have two children, Alyssa and Johonna. Kim works in private practice with Clarity Counseling LLC, based in Fort Wayne, Ind.
