Annual Reports for the 2024 Year
Each year, pastors are required to complete forms that tell the story of the church’s ministry during the past year as well as their own ministry.
Once again this year we are asking that all reports be submitted electronically using the links provided below. If there is a reason you cannot complete the online form, we ask that you please contact Jamie Hoffman via email at [email protected] or by phone at 1-888-622-3019, ext. 311, for alternative options.
Please note, there is no option to save your work and continue later, so be sure to set aside the time you need to complete your report.
