Join us in person for an inspiring week designed just for senior pastors and their spouses. Connect, recharge, and grow together while enjoying meaningful sessions, great fellowship, and a relaxed atmosphere. It’s all about support, encouragement, and having a fantastic time with others who get it.

Lodging Information
This year we will be staying at The Ramsey Hotel & Convention Center in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. We currently have 39 rooms and three different room types reserved in a block, and may be able to secure additional rooms based on the registration demand. When registering, please select the room type (King, Double Queen, or Queen/Accessible).
Additional Days
If you wish to come one day early or stay one day late, the hotel will honor the conference room rate (see below). We will be glad to make those arrangements for you if you wish to stay one, or both, of those nights. You will need to make your own arrangements if you choose to come earlier or stay longer than that.
All hotel reservations will be made by the UB National Office based on the arrival and departure dates listed on each registration.

The focus of our keynote sessions is still being finalized and will be posted here as soon as possible. Please check back soon.
Summit Schedule
The summit will kick off on Monday night, October 26, with a meal together at the hotel and convention center. Tuesday and Wednesday schedules will include sessions in the morning and free time to explore, shop, hike, or nap in the afternoon and evening. The summit will wrap up with one final session on Thursday morning.
Pricing Information (new this year)
Due to the increasing costs of these events, there is a small registration fee of $10 per registration that must be paid at the time of registration.
Attendees will also be responsible for one night of their stay at The Ramsey at $170 per room. As mentioned above, all hotel arrangements will be made through the UB National Office. Summit attendees will be invoiced by the office for one night’s stay during the event and, if desired, one additional night before or after the event.
Once invoiced, payment must be made by October 2, 2026.
Please note: Attendees will be responsible for any incidentals during their stay.
