Huntington University Campus Activities.

  • 1:00 pm: Campus Tour.Meet at the Welcome Center, at the front of the Merillat Centre for the Arts. Golf carts will be available for those who may not be able to walk for the tour.
  • 1:45 pm: Meet the Animals. The Don Strauss Animal Science Education Center is a new facility constructed in 2020 that serves the Haupert Institute for Agriculture at HU.
  • 2:30 pm: Screening for Wayfaring Stranger. Wayfaring Stranger is HU’s first feature film, created in the spring of 2022. When a desperate pastor hires a washed-up singer to build a new church, the preacher’s kid with a gift for music trades secret guitar lessons for hiding the man’s drinking. Inspired by a true story. Go here for more information.
  • 3:30 pm: Food and Games. Join us at the HUB for games (indoor and outdoor), food, and fun. Additional activity locations include the sand volleyball court, pavilion, and 9-square game located south of Miller/Meadows Residence Halls.
  • 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Frisbee Golf. HU’s Frisbee Golf Course will be open for serious competition, just for fun, and for everything in between. Equipment will be available for use, with check-in/check-out taking place at the HUB.
  • The HU Bookstore (upper level of the HUB) will be open from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Starbucks, aka Forest Blend, (lower level of the HUB) will be open from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
Golf outing at Cherry Hills. Must pre-register. Cost: $60.
Take a 2-hour Guided International Experience in Fort Wayne by going to an international restaurant and grocery stores with UB Global staff. Meet by 12:15 outside the Escape Room to depart in groups. Coffee, Water, and Fellowship

At the Grand Wayne Center, coffee and water will be available in the Exhibit Hall. Please use this room to gather with friends and relax. There is also a Starbucks on the lower level of the Hilton.

Childcare will be provided at no cost for children form nursery to preschool at these times:
